Support Service Our Support Service provides dedicated support to greatly speed and improve commercial development efforts and allow customer to influence to development direction of the GraphiteOne software. Support Services includes the following:
- Support Linux and system component installation.
- Support for the design and implementation of customer specific modules.
- Contact to a technical engineer by telephone or email.
- Special GraphiteOne releases for currently unsupported Linux systems.
- All questions, defect reports and feature requests are prioritized ahead of those customer who do not have a support contract.
- Delivery of special releases to accommodate the release schedule of customers with Support Service.
On-Site Consulting This service is recommended for developers who are at the beginning of a design/release cycle. On-Site Consulting Services provide assistance from GraphiteOne engineers on your site to help you to minimize development time and optimize performance of your application.
On-Site Consulting Services include a on-site visit from a GraphiteOne engineer to aid your Development Engineers in the integration of GraphiteOne Software or in the development of customer specific modules.
